I am a highly self-motivated, organized, and hands-on Operations Associate with a demonstrated track record in the conceptualization, execution, and tracking of projects and processes through all stages of development. I pride myself in my creativity, innovative approaches, and reliability in all levels of program coordination, project management, event planning, administrative support, and cross-functional collaboration.


In addition to my work in operations and project management, I am an experienced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity (DEI) practitioner, striving and working each and every day to make a more equitable workplace for all professionals.

November 2021 - Present

ASSOCIATE, U.S. MEDICAL AFFAIRS, INTERCEPT PHARMA

  • Promoted to Associate from Sr. Administrative Assistant in November of 2021.

  • Critical member of U.S. Medical Affairs' (USMA) Leadership Team, tasked in the ongoing coordination of three major business initiatives, imperative to the overall function of the greater organization: Medical Review Committee Coordinator, Medical Expanded Access Program Coordinator, and Rutgers Fellowship Coordinator.

  • Lead point-of-content for the conceptualization and cultivation of slide decks and agendas, pertaining to all recurring and/or one-time USMA-oriented events and meetings, both virtual and face-to-face. These include annual National Meetings, monthly Town Halls (all-hands), bi-weekly Leadership Team Meetings, and various team building and special events.

  • Manage departmental SharePoint site, accessible to both U.S. Medical and greater Global Medical Affairs. Maintain updated org charts and tabulated team rosters for team of more than 20 individuals. Provide hands-on administrative support with the onboarding of new USMA team members.

  • ERG Manager of InterPride Alliance, Intercept’s LGBTQ-oriented employee resource group. Coordinate monthly strategic planning meeting, delegate tasks to ERG team of four colleagues, and help craft workplace policies to improve the professional lives of LGBTQ self-identifying Intercept employees.

December 2020 - November 2021

SR. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (US MEDICAL AFFAIRS), INTERCEPT PHARMA

  • Promoted to Sr. Administrative Assistant from Administrative Assistant in February of 2021.

  • Provide daily administrative support to Vice President of US Medical Affairs and VP’s five Senior and Executive-level direct reports.

  • Accountable for heavy cross-functional calendar management, individual expense reports, and arrangement of all air, ground, and hotel accommodations.

  • Create, annotate, and file highly confidential executive and departmental presentations, pre-meeting agendas, and documents.

  • Coordinate departmental virtual and off-site meetings, from contract preparation to meeting or event logistics to final execution.

  • Prepare presentations and meeting notes for Vice President.

  • Record and disseminate meeting minutes for confidential leadership team meetings.

  • Adept at handling sensitive and/or highly classified internal information.

  • Collaborate with administrative staff across lateral functioning groups, providing cross-coverage as needed.

February 2019 - November 2019

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (IT), INTERCEPT PHARMA (CONTRACTOR)

  • Supported Chief Information Officer (CIO) and six Senior Directors.

  • Was responsible for heavy Outlook calendar management, including scheduling virtual (WebEx) and on-site meetings and conference spaces for internal and external groups and individuals. Utilized a variety of conference room technologies, including MirrorOp and Cisco technologies.

  • Assisted Legal Affairs as a Legal Requestor within Cobblestone, which included assisting with the onboarding on IT contracts and remaining first contact with a large volume of vendors.

  • Received a high, daily volume of vendor invoices utilizing ERP platform Workplace. Submitted requisitions and created individual check requests as needed.

  • Maintained CIO’s individual expense report, including consolidation of invoices and receipts.

  • Created and annotated executive and departmental presentations, pre-meeting agendas, and highly confidential documents. Documented meetings and distributed minutes quickly and concisely.

  • Collaborated with Senior Executives and Directors on specific goal-oriented tasks and projects.

ASSOCIATE PRODUCER, THE ENSEMBLIST

  • The Ensemblist was an online advocate dedicated to ensemble performers in Broadway and off-Broadway productions.

  • Assisted in the audio production (utilizing GarageBand) of The Ensemblist's (TE) popular, award-winning podcast, dedicated to ensemble performers in Broadway and off-Broadway musical productions. TE’s podcast proudly boasted over 500 episodes and 1m downloads.

  • Covered and reviewed a variety of NYC theatre-related events, functions, concerts, and theatre productions.

  • Provided a diversity of operational support for branded, larger scale photoshoots, such as venue/location scouting and outreach, and any on-site assistance needed.

  • Daily social engagement to maintain and organically grow TE’s Instagram audience of over 25K followers.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, D.E. SHAW (CONTRACTOR)

  • Provided full-spectrum support for Executive-level personnel, including organizing and logging a high volume of internal and external mail and packages for critical day-to-day business function.

  • Processed international and domestic FedEx shipments, USPS Mail, Certified Mail, and Priority Mail Express letters and packages.

  • Kept scrupulous inventory of a wide variety of office supplies throughout multiple departmental groups, including ink and toner levels, paper supply, and shred bin disposal.

  • Supported corporate personnel with daily duties, such as distributing newspapers across the organization, delivering interoffice correspondence, stuffing and addressing and metering corporate holiday cards, and any miscellaneous office assistance as needed.

October 2016 - October 2018

OFFICE MANAGER, PROTHERAPIES FORMULAS

  • Lead point-of-contact and manager of boutique, woman-owned and operated business. As part of daily remit, processed (via Sage BusinessWorks) a high volume of wholesale orders, purchase orders, and invoices. Coordinated the drop shipping of private labeled product for an extended list of customers. Provided customer service and order fulfillment via CoreCommerce for end-user customer base.

  • Recorded and posted all daily credit card transactions and remittance payments for bookkeeping purposes. Tracked on-hand and warehouse inventory per ongoing U.S. continental shipments. Maintained regular contact with East Coast product manufacturers and West Coast warehouse for any relevant supply chain, freight, and inventory issues.

  • E-filed and password protected all pertinent and highly classified company documents, including internal spreadsheets and documents. Received, scanned, filed, and metered all incoming and outgoing mail. Coordinated the re-ordering of office supplies and printer toner.

  • Created and disseminated SurveyMonkey newsletter to promote ongoing promotions and flash sales. Produced all relevant graphics, company collateral, industry flyers, posters, and product labels (including authentic GS1 UPC barcodes).

January - June 2016

MARKETING INTERN, PALM SPRINGS LIFE

  • Worked alongside Palm Springs Life's marketing department as a direct liaison for Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week 2016 (GPSRW), a week-long event showcasing the Coachella Valley's highest quality restaurants, resorts, and attractions.

  • Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, extensive and rigorous outreach and communication with current and potential participants, proofing and distribution of GPSRW collateral and press material, and extensive data entry.

  • In large part to these efforts, GPSRW 2016 proudly boasted the highest number of participating restaurants in event’s 10-year history.

  • Promoted future Palm Springs Life events via Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, including Palm Desert Food & Wine and Fashion Week El Paseo.

  • Meticulously audited Palm Springs Life's social properties (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, et al.) for inconsistencies and outdated information.

  • Attended daily marketing meetings and assisted in proofing Palm Springs Life's new website copy, as well as specific marketing material and collateral.

June 2013 - January 2014
